£30,000 - £70,000 - Residential

Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor and a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Residential Developer in Berkshire.

Experience/Qualifications Needed:
  • Confident in commercial management
  • Value engineering of subcontractor packages
  • Likely that you have worked on residential projects in a previous role
  • Desirable that you have a relevant Surveying qualification, either an HND or degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of cost control, work in progress, procurement, and commercial aspects of carpentry/superstructure/house building
  • Current driving license required for site visits
