Our client is a regional contractor looking to find a Senior Quantity Surveyor, that can commute to the New Forest Area.

Determine client’s needs and discuss areas that need revising for price or feasibility

Calculating material quantities and costs

Preparing accounts for payment
-
Writing reports detailing costs and progress for clients

Supporting Contracts Managers and operational teams by offering sound advice on projects

Review, interpret, negotiate, execution and implementation of Contracts
-
Desirable that you have a relevant Surveying qualification, either an HND or degree or equivalent
-
Current driving license required for site visits
