Our client is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor and a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a residential developer in the Southeast of England.

Collaborate with departments across the company to improve cost-effectiveness

Providing cost advice on any aspect of the build as and when required

Develop detailed knowledge of your allocated sites and attend site meetings

Maintain budgets for developments

Assist in the preparation of site budgets and undertake site valuations

Have responsibility for processing all contractor, subcontractor and consultant orders
-
Liaise with subcontractors to ensure sufficient resources are available
-
Monitor and recharge any costs which relate to shared cost items

Experience with a residential developer, would be preferred
