Quantity Surveyor required to join expanding region within a PLC house builder.
 
Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be expected to oversee 2/3 sites of approximately 15/250 units each. You will control all financial aspects of the site, ideally you can demonstrate a background within house building but this is not essential. It is essential that you have experience working as a Surveyor within the new build construction sector and can manage sites autonomously.
