Estimator – Build
Office Location – South Coast
Salary – 55,000 – £70,000 Depending on experience
Our client is focused on sustainable development, focusing primarily on the care home sector but also within residential development. Due to continued growth and success in the current climate they need to supplement their Estimating team.
The role and duties:
- Working within Pre-Construction Team, you will be involved in the pricing and costing of new schemes.
- Providing tenders and cost plans/advice internally and externally.
- I.T skills particularly required particularly with Excel although training can be provided in specific software it would be preferred if you have used Conquest and/or OnSight previously.
- Understanding of a variety of construction methods, taking-off and first principles estimating are also essential.
