Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator to join there hard working and progressive Customer Care team. The Customer Care Coordinator role will involve receiving calls from customers, coordinating/scheduling technicians and subcontractors. The job is very fast-paced and would suit someone that has a similar background, ideally in the building industry, however they will consider someone with a Lettings Agency background.

  • Professional Telephone manor
  • Great Attention to detail
  • Good level of computer literacy including Microsoft word and excel
  • Good typing skills are essential for this role
