Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator to join there hard working and progressive Customer Care team. The Customer Care Coordinator role will involve receiving calls from customers, coordinating/scheduling technicians and subcontractors. The job is very fast-paced and would suit someone that has a similar background, ideally in the building industry, however they will consider someone with a Lettings Agency background.

Excellent communication skills
Working within a fast-paced progressive team
Excellent organisational and administration skills
Professional Telephone manor
Great Attention to detail
Good level of computer literacy including Microsoft word and excel
Good typing skills are essential for this role
The ability to deal with customer at all levels
