Our client is a bespoke residential developer looking to recruit an Assistant Technical Coordinator to join their Technical Team. They seek an individual able to commute daily to the Dorset, Poole area.

Assisting the Technical Manager and the planning department in the preparation of design

Monitoring the condition discharge against design

Assist the Technical Manager with in-depth reviews of detailed design packages

Coordination between specialist design consultants in conjunction
-
Carry out overlays of floor plans and third-party design
-
Review fabrication drawings for acceptance
-
File and distribute new design information using the correct company procedures
-
Review and submit information to satisfy building control conditions
-
Assist with the Liaison with building control surveyors and warranty

Arrange for payments once approved
